Unique’s Track and Trace system will accept down loaded Purchase Order data from importers. Using this information Unique can check that vendors planned cargo ready date conforms with the purchase order and where problems arise advise the customer so that remedial action can be taken, for example, by moving shipments to airfreight.

Through access to Track and Trace or by e-mail advices Unique can keep the customer informed of the progress of shipments at each stage

Key Unique personnel will work directly with your suppliers providing assistance in establishing the standards you require for all the areas of packaging, labelling, goods handling and presentation. Unique will act as your representative and monitor the compliance to your standards for each shipment.

Delivery and Quality Inspection

In our modern facilities Unique can inspect your incoming cartons or their contents depending on your requirements.

They can be examined for damage, soiling or any other defects that could cause the goods to be rejected further down the supply chain. If certified quality assurance is required Unique has links with professional service providers in this field.
